Conditions of Entry

Below are the Conditions of Entry for the Bosch Appliances Bonus Gift Offer (Offer) including eligibility, age limits, exclusions and the details of how to claim the Bonus. Participation in this Offer constitutes acceptance of these Conditions. 1. Definitions: Bonus means the applicable Bonus specified in the Eligible Product Table below. If the Bonus becomes unavailable for any reason beyond the Promoter’s reasonable control, the Bonus will be substituted with a similar item of equal or greater value. Eligible Product means any product listed in the Eligible Product Table below, purchased and paid for in-full, in one transaction, from an authorised Bosch reseller in Australia that is currently listed on the Bosch Home Appliance website (www.bosch-home.com.au), during the Offer Period, excluding any Ineligible Product or Ineligible Purchases. Offer Period means the period between 14 July 2025 and 31 August 2025. Ineligible Product means any project or commercial purchases, trade seconds, scratch and dent stock, discount clearance outlet purchases, ex-display or used stock. Ineligible Purchases means any lay-bys or similar arrangements (unless initiated and paid for in full during the Offer Period), hire purchase or rental agreements, all purchases made directly from the Promoter’s Employee Shop and returned purchases. Claimant means a resident of Australia with a residential address in Australia, aged 18 years or over, who has purchased and paid for the Eligible Product(s) in full, during the Offer Period and is the end user of the Eligible Product(s). Promoter means BSH Home Appliances Pty Ltd (ABN 22 109 198 405) of 1555 Centre Road, Clayton, Victoria 3168.

2.Eligibility: to be eligible to claim the Bonus, claimants must: (a) purchase the Eligible Product(s) during the Offer Period; (b) pay for the Eligible Product(s) in full during the Offer Period; (c) complete the Online Form, in full at www.boschpromotions.com.au by no later than 30 September 2025 (Online Form); (d) take delivery of the appliances and therefore have access to the serial numbers; and (e) be an Australian resident, aged 18 years or over, with an Australian residential address. Multiple claims permitted, subject to the following: (a) only one claim permitted per purchase of an Eligible Product; and (b) each claim must be submitted in accordance with the claim requirements specified in these Conditions. 3. How to claim: to obtain the Bonus, claimants must complete the Online Form in full and include a copy of the original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Appliance(s) purchased and paid for in full within the Offer Period. For technical issues with the Online Form, contact Customer Service on 1300 729 885 or via emailenquiries@boschpromotions.com.au by 30 September 2025. 4. Claims will not be accepted by email, fax or any other means. The Promoter accepts no liability for claims that are delayed or misdirected. 5. Claimants who have purchased and paid for the Eligible Appliance(s) in full, during the Offer Period and have completed the Online Form by 30 September 2025 but are waiting for delivery of the Eligible Appliance(s) and have selected ‘awaiting delivery’ on the Online Form, will have until 31 December 2025 to provide the Eligible Appliance’s serial number. The Eligible Appliance’s serial number must be sent to enquiries@boschpromotions.com.au by 31 December 2025. 6. Nature of Bonus: the Bonus will be sent to the Claimant’s address within 60 days of validation of the claim, subject to the claimant’s completion of the Online Form and compliance with these Conditions. Claimants will be notified via e-mail once the claim has been processed and validated. 7. Proof of purchase is essential: all claimants must retain their original invoice which clearly shows the Eligible Product(s) purchased. Claimants may be required to provide these invoices to the Promoter for verification purposes. Handwritten receipts and delivery dockets will not be accepted as proof of purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to request further information regarding proof of purchase from the claimant. Claims will be deemed invalid if the same invoice / receipt number is used for more than one claim. 8. Deadline: the Online Form must be received by the Promoter by 30 September 2025. Claims received after this date will not be processed and no Gift will be issued. The Promoter accepts no liability for claims that are delayed, misdirected or lost in the mail. 9. Verification: the Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of claims and claimants (including a claimant’s identity, age and place of residence) and reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any claimant who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Conditions, tampered with the claim process or, engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise fair and proper conduct of the Offer. Any misrepresentation or fraudulent information supplied by a claimant disqualifies their claim(s). Errors and omissions may be accepted at the Promoter’s discretion. Failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation from such an offender are reserved. 10. Discretion: the Promoter’s decision on all matters pertaining to this Offer are final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into, except as otherwise stated in these Conditions (if at all). 11. Transferability: claims and / or Bonus are not transferable, assignable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash or cheque. 12. Erroneous details: if a claimant becomes aware that they have submitted an incorrect address,the claimant must immediately notify the Promoter of the claimant’s error and provide correct address information. The Promoter does not warrant or represent that it will be able to reverse and / or resend the Gift and claimants agree that if they submit an incorrect address or other relevant information, and a Bonus is sent to an incorrect address, the Bonus may be forfeited. 13. Modifications: if this Offer is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, including but not limited to technical difficulties, unauthorised intervention or fraud, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law: (a) to disqualify any claimant; or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the Offer, as appropriate. 14. Privacy: the Promoter collects personal information (PI) in order to conduct the Offer and may, for this purpose, disclose such PI to third parties, including but not limited to agents, contractors, service providers, Offer suppliers and, as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional on providing this PI. The Promoter will also use and handle PI as set out in its Privacy Policy, which can be viewed at www.bosch-home.com.au (follow the ‘Privacy’ link) or by calling BSH Home Appliances Customer Service on 1300 369 744. In addition to any use that may be outlined in the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, the Promoter may, for an indefinite period, unless otherwise advised, use the PI for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. The Privacy Policy also contains information about how Claimants may opt out, access, update or correct their PI, how claimants may complain about a breach of the Australian Privacy Principles or any other applicable laws and how those complaints will be dealt with. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter, the Promoter may disclose PI to entities outside of Australia (for a list of the countries, see the Promoter’s Privacy Policy). 15. Other: A condition (or part or parts thereof) of these Conditions will not apply where the condition is unenforceable. Such a condition (or part or parts thereof) is severable and does not invalidate the remaining conditions. 16. Laws: These Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws in force in Victoria, Australia.
