KitchenAid Australia - Cordless Go Starter Kit Promotion

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Information on how to purchase the Participating Products and how to receive the Gift (together, the Cordless Go Starter Kit) forms part of these Terms and Conditions (Terms). These Terms apply to the Cordless Go Starter Kit Promotion Nov 2025 / Jan 2026 (the Promotion) and participation in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these Terms.

2. The promoter is KitchenAid Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 50 601 363 419) of 6-8 Billbrooke Close, Cameron Park NSW 2285, Australia, telephone (02) 4902 6500 (Promoter).

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

a. Benchtop Participating Product(s) refers to any of the following:

i. the KitchenAid Cordless Go 5 Cup Food Chopper, 5KFCR500ABM;

ii. the KitchenAid Cordless Go Personal Blender, 5KSBR200ABM;

iii. the KitchenAid Cordless Go Coffee Grinder, 5KBGR100ABM; and

iv. the KitchenAid Cordless Go Kitchen Vacuum, 5KKVR100ABM.

The Participating Products are subject to stock availability.

b. Cordless Go Starter Kit refers to, collectively, the Benchtop Cordless Go Starter Kit and the Handheld Cordless Go Starter Kit (as each of these are defined in clause 9 below). The Cordless Go Starter Kits are subject to stock availability.

c. Gift refers to one (1) KitchenAid Cordless Go Battery, 5KRB12A. The Gift is subject to stock availability.

d. Handheld Participating Product(s) refers to any of the following:

i. the KitchenAid Cordless Go Hand Mixer, 5KHMR700A; and

ii. the KitchenAid Cordless Go Hand Blender 5KHBRV00A.

The Participating Products are subject to stock availability.

e. Participating Product(s) refers to, collectively, the Benchtop Participating Product(s) and Handheld Participating Product(s).

f. Participating Retail Partner(s) any one of the Australian retail stores trading under the following trading names:

i. JB Hi-Fi Limited;

ii. The Good Guys;

iii. Harvey Norman Holdings Ltd;

iv. Kitchen Warehouse Pty Ltd;

v. Minimax Pty Ltd;

vi. Bing Lee Electrics Pty Ltd;

vii. Myer Holdings Limited; and

viii. David Jones Limited.

g. Proof of Purchase means an original tax invoice confirming Purchase of a Participating Product. This must include, at least, details of the Participating Product, the purchase price paid, the Participating Retail Store, and date that the Purchase was made during the Promotional Period.

h. Purchase means making full and final payment for a Participating Product, including by use of services such as Afterpay and Zippay where full payment is made during the Promotional Period and/or use of gift cards/store credits.

Promotion eligibility details

4. Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over (Eligible Claimants).

5. Employees, directors, management and contractors of the Promoter and other agencies, firms, retail staff or companies associated with the Promotion, and their immediate families, are not eligible to enter. By entering this Promotion you represent that you are eligible to enter. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or first cousin.

6. By entering this Promotion you represent that you are eligible to enter.

How to enter the Promotion

7. The Promotion:

a. with respect to the Benchtop Cordless Go Starter Kit, will be open from 9:00 AM AEDT on Thursday, 13 November 2025 and will close on 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 11 January 2026; and

b. with respect to the Handheld Cordless Go Starter Kit, will close at 11:59 PM AEDT on Saturday, 31 January 2026

(each being the Promotion Period).

8. Purchases made outside of the respective Promotion Period are invalid.

9. To enter the Promotion and be eligible to receive the Gift as part of the Cordless Go Starter Kit , the Eligible Claimant must, during the relevant Promotion Period, Purchase a Participating Product in-store or online from a Participating Retail Partnerand comply with the following conditions:

a. for Handheld Cordless Go Starter Kit Purchased before 11:59 PM AEDT on Saturday, 31 January 2026:

i. (Online) When Purchasing online from a Participating Retail Partner, the Eligible Claimant must add the Handheld Participating Product together with one (1) Gift (together, the Handheld Cordless Go Starter Kit) to their cart.

ii. (In-store) When Purchasing in store from a Participating Retail Partner, the Eligible Claimant must bring the Handheld Participating Product together with one (1) Gift (together, the Handheld Cordless Go Starter Kit) to the counter, or request that a store member do so.

b. for Benchtop Cordless Go Starter Kit Purchased between 9:00 AM AEDT on Thursday, 13 November 2025 and will close on 11:59 PM AEDT on Sunday, 11 January 2026:

i. (Online) When Purchasing online from a Participating Retail Partner, the Eligible Claimant must add the Benchtop Participating Product together with one (1) Gift (together, the Benchtop Cordless Go Starter Kit) to their cart.

ii. (In-store) When Purchasing in store from a Participating Retail Partner, the Eligible Claimant must bring the Benchtop Participating Product together with one (1) Gift (together, the Benchtop Cordless Go Starter Kit) to the counter, or request that a store member do so.

10. Purchases of Participating Products from Participating Retail Partners (either in-store or online) are subject to Eligible Claimants accepting the relevant terms and conditions of that Participating Retail Partner.

11. There is no limit to the number of Participating Products an Eligible Claimant may Purchase, or the number of Gifts an Eligible Claimant may receive, provided that the Eligible Claimant fulfills the requirements in clause 9 above for each Purchase.

12. The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify Eligible Claimants if proof of age or identity, or Proof of Purchase has not been provided, or the Eligible Claimant has not otherwise complied with these Terms. The Promoter's decision is final on all matters and no correspondence will be entered into.

13. The Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion, offer or discount unless otherwise specified.

Cordless Go Starter Kit details

14. Commercial sales, second-hand purchases, refurbished products, trade seconds products, insurance claims, purchases denoted “Clearance” (including seconds) or special offers are excluded from this Promotion, and any Participating Products purchased in these ways will not be eligible for this Promotion or included as part of a Cordless Go Starter Kit.

15. Should the Gift become out of stock, the Promoter reserves the right to provide an alternative item of the same or higher retail value. The Gift is not transferable or exchangeable by the Eligible Claimant, nor can it be redeemed for cash. All other costs associated with the Gift are the responsibility of the Eligible Claimant. The prices specified in these terms are inclusive of GST.

16. The Eligible Claimant shall accept the Cordless Go Starter Kit as described in these Terms and acknowledges that the Promoter accepts no responsibility for any variation in value, or for any tax liabilities that may arise from purchasing the Cordless Go Starter Kit.

17. Any costs incurred by the Eligible Claimant associated with this Promotion including making telephone enquiries in relation to the Cordless Go Starter Kit are the sole responsibility of the Eligible Claimant.

18. Eligible Claimants may only claim for a Gift in their own name and using their own personal details (i.e., their own address, contact details, etc.). A person must not claim a Gift to which another Eligible Claimant is entitled, whether on their behalf or otherwise. If there is a dispute as to the identity of an Eligible Claimant, the Eligible Claimant will be deemed to be the person who Purchased the Participating Product.

19. For the avoidance, the Promotion is not available in connection with Purchases of the Go Cordless Citrus Juicer and the Go Cordless Top Down Chopper.

Other Terms

20. If a Participating Product is returned for a refund or exchange, then the Eligible Claimant is disqualified from the Promotion and is not entitled to receive a Gift. The Eligible Claimant must immediately return any Gift received in connection with the Promotion to the Promoter if they return the Participating Product for a refund or exchange. If the Eligible Claimant incurs any costs in relation to returning the Gift, this is the sole responsibility of the Eligible Claimant to bear.

21. Nothing in these Terms limits, excludes or modifies, or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Australian Consumer Law, as well as any other implied warranties under the Australian Consumer Law or similar consumer protection laws in Australia (Non-Excludable Guarantees). Except for any liability that cannot by law be excluded, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter (including its respective officers, employees and agents) excludes all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion including, but not limited to, where arising out of the following:

a. any technical difficulties or product malfunction (whether or not under the Promoter's control);

b. any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference;

c. any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after the receipt by the Promoter) due to interference;

d. any tax liability incurred by a claimant;

e. the conduct of any Participating Retail Partner; and

f. use of the Cordless Go Starter Kit, except to the extent that such liability arises as a result of the Promoter's own error, omission or negligence.

22. The Promoter collects personal information (PI) disclosed by an Eligible Claimant in order to conduct the Promotion and otherwise for the purposes set out in this clause 20, and may, for these purposes, disclose an Eligible Claimant’s PI to third parties, including but not limited to the Promoter’s agents, contractors and service providers. The Purchase of a Cordless Go Starter Kit is conditional on that Eligible Claimant providing this PI. In addition to any uses that may be outlined in the Promoter's Privacy Policies, if the Eligible Claimant opts-in by ticking the opt-in box at the time of submitting their claim, that Eligible Claimant consents to the information they submit being entered into a database of the Promoter and its agents and for this information to be used, unless otherwise advised, for promotional, marketing, publicity, research and profiling purposes, including sending electronic messages or telephoning the claimant. All personal details of the Eligible Claimant will be stored by the Promoter and its agents and are subject to the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, see https://kitchenaid.com.au/pages/privacy-policy. A request to opt out, access, update or correct any information can be made by contacting the Promoter. Unless otherwise indicated by the Promoter or its agent, the Promoter or it’s agent may disclose PI overseas.

23. These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales. Claimants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

24. The Promoter may change these Terms from time to time, by posting the revised Terms (or a link to them) on the Promoter's website. Eligible Claimants should regularly check the Promoter's website for any updates. Eligible Claimants will be bound by the version of the Terms that applied at the time of their qualifying Purchase of a Participating Product.

25. If you have any dispute or complaint relating to the Promotion, the Eligible Claimant must contact the Promoter at the details listed in clause ‎‎‎2 of these Terms in the first instance. The Promoter will use its reasonable endeavours to respond to you within 21 business days to discuss a resolution in good faith.
