TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. These terms and conditions govern the participation in this Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand 2025 Summer Cash Back (Promotion). Information and instructions Promotion on how to participate form part of these terms.

2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility

3. This Promotion is only open to individual Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and above who are not employees (or immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter or its related companies (Participants).

4. To be eligible to submit a Claim (as described in clause 11), Participants must purchase:

a) a new (not pre-owned) genuine Canon product named in clause 77 (Eligible Product);

b) from an authorised Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand retailer in the Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand distribution channel;

c) during the period from 13 November 2025 to 4 February 2026 (Purchase Period), (together, an Eligible Purchase).

5. Refer to www.canon.com.au/summer2025 (Australia) or www.canon.co.nz/summer2025 (New Zealand) for authorised Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand retailers. If in doubt, or if a particular retailer is not included in this list, please contact the Promoter to confirm whether the retailer is an authorised Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand reseller prior to your purchase.

6. Canon-branded products purchased from any source other than Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand’s official distribution channel (including ‘grey’, ‘parallel’ or ‘direct’ imports) are not Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand products and are not eligible for this Promotion.

7. Participants who make an Eligible Purchase may submit a Claim for the cash back value corresponding to the Product purchased in the table below (Cash Back Value).

8. Claims from Australian residents will be paid in Australian dollars, and claims from New Zealand residents will be paid in New Zealand dollars.

9. Each authorised Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand retailer stocks different models, and availability of some products in a particular retailer may be limited. This Promotion applies while stocks are available. Contact your retailer for details.

How to make a Claim

10. No more than 3 Claims may be made per person. Participants must submit all Claims online at:

a) www.canon.com.au/summer2025 (for Australian Participants); or

b) www.canon.co.nz/summer2025 (for New Zealand Participants).

11. In order for a claim to be valid (Claim), Participants must:

a) provide all information requested in the Claim form, including the serial and model number of the Eligible Product purchased, their full name, phone number and valid email address;

b) answer five mandatory questions about their brand preferences;

c) attach a copy of a valid receipt for the Eligible Purchase showing payment made in full;

d) for Australian residents only, select whether they would like the Cash Back Value paid via a digital Visa gift card (Virtual Visa Gift Card) or bank transfer. New Zealand residents can only be paid the Cash Back Value via a bank transfer; and e) submit the Claim by 18 February 2026.

12. Claims cannot be amended after they have been submitted.

13. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide correct details. Delays and non-fulfilment of Claims that arise as a result of incorrect details are the responsibility of the Participant.

14. Participants can contact the Promoter via email by 18 February 2026 at support@canonpromos.com.au if they need assistance with their Claims.

15. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late or misdirected Claims, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to these Claims.

Processing and Payment

16. Participants must allow at least 3 business days for validation from the date that a Claim is submitted. Once validated, Participants will receive a confirmation email.

17. If a Claim is invalid, the Participant will receive notification of this via email, with the reason for the invalidity and the opportunity to supply additional information to support their Claim (if applicable) within 10 business days.

18. If a Claim is valid, the Promoter will either (based on the method of payment elected in the Claim):

a) (for Australian residents only) send the Virtual Visa Gift Card to the email address provided in the Claim within 10 business days of validation. Participants must follow the steps detailed within the email to use the Virtual Visa Gift Card. Use of the Virtual Visa Gift card requires Participants to follow the instructions provided; or

b) transfer the payment via bank transfer to the bank account detailed on the Claim. Payment will be made within 21 business days of confirmation that the Claim has been approved.

Additional conditions for Virtual Visa Gift Cards

19. The Virtual Visa Gift Card is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited trading as Heritage Bank ABN 11 087 651 125 (Heritage) pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide PTE Ltd. Blackhawk Network (Australia) Pty Ltd ACN 123 251 703 is Heritage’s program manager for the Virtual Visa Gift Card. Use of the Virtual Gift Card is subject to Heritage’s terms and conditions at: https://incentivesgiftcard.com.au/terms-conditions/ . Card balance, transaction history and important notices about your Virtual Visa Gift Card are available free of charge, at www.myprepaidcentre.com.au or by calling 1800 778 619. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for the use or operation of any Virtual Visa Gift Card issued. 20. The Virtual Visa Gift Card is valid for 36 months from date of issue. Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Virtual Visa Gift Card are not included and are the sole responsibility of the Participant.

21. Any unused balance of the Virtual Visa Gift Card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the Virtual Visa Gift Card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the Virtual Visa Gift Card.

Collection of Personal Information

22. The Promoter collects personal information in connection with this Promotion in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.

23. Personal information collected by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion will be managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.canon.com.au/privacy-policy for Australian residents, and https://www.canon.co.nz/privacy-policy for New Zealand residents) which contains information about access, correction and complaint processes.
