Canon Australia & Canon New Zealand 2026 Gift With Purchase Disney Film Ticket Promotion

1. These terms and conditions govern the participation in this Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand 2026 Gift With Purchase Disney Film Ticket Promotion (Promotion). Information and instructions on how to participate form part of these Terms.

2. Participation in this Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms.

Eligibility

3. This Promotion is only open to individual Australian and New Zealand residents aged 18 years and above who are not employees (or immediate family members of employees) of the Promoter or its related companies (Participants).h

4. To be eligible to submit a Claim (as described in clause 11), Participants must:

a) purchase a new (not pre-owned) Canon printer or purchase Canon inks (to the value of over $60 in a single transaction), as described in clause 7 (Eligible Product);

b) from an authorised Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand retailer in the Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand distribution channel;

c) during the period from 2 January 2026 to 31 March 2026 (Purchase Period), together, being an Eligible Purchase.

If in doubt, or if a particular retailer is not included in this list, please contact the Promoter to confirm whether the retailer is an authorised Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand reseller.

6. Canon-branded products purchased from any source other than Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand’s official distribution channel (including ‘grey’, ‘parallel’ or ‘direct’ imports) are not Canon Australia or Canon New Zealand products and are not eligible for this Promotion.

Eligible Purchase

7. Participants who make an Eligible Purchase may submit a Claim for the Gift With Purchase listed in the table below (Gift With Purchase).

Eligible Product

8. Each authorised Canon Australia and Canon New Zealand retailer stocks different models and inks, and availability of some products in a particular retailer may be limited. This Promotion applies while stocks are available. Contact your retailer for details.

9. The Promoter has the right to replace the Gift With Purchase with another item of equal or greater value in their absolute discretion if for any reason any part of the Gift With Purchase is not available.

How to make a Claim

10. Participants must submit all Claims online at www.canon.com.au/disneypixarhoppers (for Australian residents) or www.canon.co.nz/disneypixarhoppers (for New Zealand residents). No more than 1 Claim may be made per person for this Promotion, except that a Participant who makes an Eligible Purchase in each of the Printer and Ink Categories on the same receipt/transaction may claim a Gift With Purchase for each Eligible Purchase (capped at a total of 1 Gift With Purchase from each Category).

11. In order for their Claim to be valid, Participants must:

a) provide all information requested in the Claim form, including their details, the serial and model number of the Eligible Product purchased, their full name, phone number and valid email address;

b) answer five mandatory questions about their brand preferences;

c) attach a copy of a valid receipt for the Eligible Purchase for their Claim, showing payment made in full; and

d) submit the Claim by 14 April 2026, together, being a Claim. Participants who wish to make 1 Claim in the Printer Category and 1 Claim in the Ink Category on a single receipt must submit their Claim for both Categories at the same time.

12. Claims cannot be amended after they have been submitted.

13. Participants can contact the Promoter via email by 14 April 2026 at support@canonpromos.com.au if they need assistance accessing or making the Claim.

14. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for late or misdirected claims, and no correspondence will be entered into in relation to any late or misdirected claims.

Processing and Payment

15. Participants must allow at least 5 business days for validation from the date that a Claim is submitted. Once validated, Participants will receive a confirmation email.

16. If a Claim is invalid, the Participant will receive notification of this via email, with the reason for the invalidity and the opportunity to supply additional information to support their Claim (if applicable) within 7 business days.

17. If a Claim is valid, the Promoter will email the link for the Gift with Purchase to the email address provided by the Participant as part of their Claim. Participants must follow the instructions provided in the email to access the Gift With Purchase. 18. The Promoter will use reasonable efforts to ensure that the timeframes specified in these Terms are met, but Participants accept that time frames may vary due to circumstances outside the Promoter’s reasonable control, including but not limited to postal delays.

19. Claims will be given to the Participant named on the valid Claim form submitted to the Promoter.

20. It is the responsibility of the Participant to provide correct details. Delays and non-fulfilment of Claims that arise as a result of incorrect details are the responsibility of the Participant.

Gift With Purchase Restrictions

21. Each Gift With Purchase can be redeemed in person or online for 2 tickets to a Disney movie at HOYTS Cinemas in the country that the Participant is resident in (either Australia or New Zealand).

22. Each Gift With Purchase will be valid until 31 December 2026 for general admission sessions of each movie only. Upgrade fees will apply for select experiences and seating concepts, applicable at the time of redemption. The Gift With Purchase cannot be upgraded to HOYTS LUX, HOYTS Daybed and/or IMAX sessions and cannot be redeemed for special or group events.

23. Participants can redeem their Gift With Purchase within 6 weeks of the release date of the relevant Disney film, or until the film stops showing at HOYTS, whichever comes sooner. Seats are not guaranteed and are subject to availability, and Participants are responsible for redeeming their movie tickets in accordance with these Terms.

24. The Gift With Purchase cannot be used on Saturdays or Sundays for sessions beginning after 2:00pm local time, nor for any sessions on public holidays.

25. Booking fees apply for online redemptions, however participants can redeem their movie tickets in cinema to avoid booking fees.

26. The Gift With Purchase is eligible for use across all Disney movies including (but not limited to) movies by Walt Disney Animation, Disney Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucas Film, 20th Century Studios, and Searchlight Pictures.

Collection of Personal Information

27. The Promoter collects personal information in connection with this Promotion in order to conduct the Promotion. The Promoter may, for the purpose of conducting this Promotion, disclose such information to third parties, including agents, contractors, service providers, suppliers and, as required, to regulatory agencies. Participation is conditional on providing this information.

28. Personal information collected by the Promoter in connection with this Promotion will be managed in accordance with its Privacy Policy (available at www.canon.com.au/Privacy-Policy for Australian residents and https://www.canon.co.nz/privacy-policy for New Zealand residents) which contains information about access, correction and complaint processes.

29. Promoter has engaged the services of Roilti Pty Ltd (Roilti) for this Promotion. Participants consent to Roilti processing their personal information in connection with this Promotion and Roilti’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.pilgrimmcp.com.au/privacy-policy). Conditions that may invalidate a Claim.

30. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to verify the eligibility of Participants and the validity of a Claim (including contacting the place of purchase), and to invalidate any Claim that is not in accordance with these terms, or to disqualify any Participant who tampers with the Promotion.

31. A Participant forfeits their right to make a Claim if the Eligible Purchase is subsequently returned or refunded for a change of mind.

32. If a Participant receives a Gift With Purchase and subsequently returns or refunds the Eligible Purchase under a change of mind policy, the Promoter may invoice the Participant for the full value of the Gift With Purchase. The Promoter reserves the right to take appropriate action where the Participant does not pay the invoice.

33. Incomplete or illegible Claims may be deemed invalid, although errors and omissions may be accepted at the discretion of the Promoter.

34. The failure by the Promoter to enforce any of its rights at any stage does not constitute a waiver of those rights.

35. If this Promotion is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of the Promoter, the Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law to:

a. disqualify any Participant; or

b. modify, suspend, terminate or cancel the promotion as appropriate.

General

36. Nothing in these terms limits, excludes or modifies or purports to limit, exclude or modify the statutory consumer guarantees as provided under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth), the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 (NZ) as well as any other implied warranties under similar consumer protection laws in the States and Canon Australia & Canon New Zealand 2026 Gift With Purchase Disney Film Ticket Promotion © Canon Australia Pty Ltd Territories of Australia and New Zealand (Non-Excludable Guarantees).

37. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, including the Non-Excludable Guarantees, the Promoter and any party associated with this Promotion (including their officers, employees and agents) exclude all liability for any personal injury; or any loss or damage (including loss of opportunity); whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of the Promotion, the Gift With Purchase or the use of the Gift With Purchase including: (a) any technical difficulties or equipment malfunction (whether or not under their control); (b) any theft, unauthorised access or third party interference; (c) any Claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after receipt by the Promoter) due to any reason beyond their reasonable control; and (d) any tax liability incurred by a Participant.

38. All money amounts in these Terms refer to the official currency of the Participant’s resident country and are exclusive of GST.

39. The Promoter may accept errors and omissions at its discretion and its failure to enforce any of its rights is not a waiver of those rights.

40. The Promoter uses a commercially reasonable level of skill and care in providing its website and running the Promotion. However, with any digitally entered Claim, the Promoter cannot guarantee its website will be live or error free at all times during the Promotion so Participants should leave ample time to submit their Claim.

41. If any provision of these terms is unenforceable for any reason, such provision shall be severed from these terms and the remaining terms will remain in full force and effect.

42. These terms are governed by the laws in New South Wales. All Participants submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New South Wales.

The Walt Disney Company, and each of their respective parent, affiliates, and subsidiaries are not responsible for the promotion, administration or execution of this Promotion.
