Bonus Roborock Promotion

To be eligible, customers must purchase either the Roborock Saros Z70 or Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow between 4th December and 31st December 2025.

Redemptions must be submitted via the official redemption portal by 11:59 PM AEDT on 31st January 2026. The portal will close after this date, and no further redemptions will be accepted through any other form of communication, including email, social media, or direct message.

Each eligible purchase of one (1) Roborock Saros Z70 or one (1) Roborock Qrevo Curv 2 Flow can be redeemed for one (1) Roborock F25 RT, valued at RRP $599 AUD. The bonus item is not redeemable for cash or any other product.

A maximum of one bonus offer per customer applies, regardless of the number of purchases, verified by name, email, and receipt details.

This redemption offer is valid only for purchases made through official Roborock authorised offline retailers, online resellers, or the Roborock Official Website, and excludes products purchased from third-party marketplace sellers (e.g., JB Hi-Fi Marketplace).

Purchases made from retailers running their own promotions will not be eligible for this redemption. Please check with your retailer for details on any in-store or online offers they may provide.

Once approved, Roborock Australia aims to dispatch the gift pack within 30–40 business days of redemption approval.

This offer is open to Australian and New Zealand residents with a valid residential address. PO Boxes are not accepted, and it is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all delivery details are correct, as errors may result in delays.
