Love the AP and the cooking process managed by the probes
only two probes of a possible 4 provided - the classic add on spend approach

Heats up extremely quickly, full control over temperature, good build quality.
Short power cord (user manual recommends a thick 14 gauge extension cord which is hard to find (not your standard cord)), hotplate is extra (Weber should really provide one grill and one hotplate, not 2 grill plates).

Melbourne Love Cooking
Taste is subjective but it’s as good as a gas BBQ.

Colour on the food is amazing. Just like charcoal cooking. Better than gas.

Cleaning is a breeze.
Having two grills is good. They are heavy so easy to carry since they split in two. Easy to clean/remove drip tray.

Standard 10A outdoor power outlet. Rather than worrying about a gas bottle.

Temp prods and Bluetooth connection worked great! Perfect medium rare steak (initially thought it was a gimmick).
For the price, I’m surprised it didn’t include the plastic scraper.

Wish the app had recommended temps for different food types.
