Very easy to use overall functionality wise, makes great coffee. Well priced for what it is compared to other machines in the range.
Once coffee is packed, it is a little difficult to put handle in place. You do need some muscle to do this and to turn it out again.

Great coffee bean grinder that you can adjust to suit your preference from fine to coarse grind. The temperature, timing and execution is brilliant - quick and effective - but not too quick because its a barista coffee machine. We truly love the taste (although it might also depend on the bean brand)- the milk frother works well and you can learn the professional techniques to incorporate the art and choose your coffee type... flat white, cappuccino or long black - it gives you what you want. We have had this coffee machine for 5 months - this has not broken, given any kind of problem, or leaked. It's high quality - the best coffee machine we have ever had. We do not buy coffee from coffee shops anymore - we have saved so much money.
The milk frother makes a loud noise sometimes but I think this is a normal reaction as the milk is being transformed from cold to hot. There are very few bad points - its not hard to clean - but it does need cleaning and I would suggest getting a grinder disposal with it as it does not include one.
