There are two halogen lights for greater visibility to make cooking easier.
Cooking fumes are extracted in one of two ways - the ducted mode absorbs vapour, heat and odours and pushes them outdoors; or if ducting isn't possible the recirculate mode filters the food odours and redistributes the air back into the kitchen.
For maximum extraction of cooking fumes when deep frying, activate the intensive speed setting by pressing the number 3 button for 2 seconds. It will run for 10 minutes to keep your cabinetry grease-free.
For simple maintenance, clean the hood using a damp cloth and mild detergent. The three aluminium grease filters can be cleaned in warm soapy water.
