PORT WILLUNGA Busy mum or dad
It's amazing how much stuff this machine picks up. We vacuum one a week but with this machine it'll go every day and I am continually amazed at how much dust it has collected each day.

It takes away a job you have to do. We also have a cheap stick vacuum we use one or twice a week (Our powerful $900 vacuum is rarely sighted now, we do have mostly tiled floors except bedrooms).

The robot vacuum manouvers around the house in a manner that makes me enjoy watching it. How it avoids obsticals and goes back to a point you think it would miss. It goes around like a lawn mower.

The canister is easy to remove and clean.
I am a gizmo guy loving the connectedness of modern and future living. The ability to connect this vacuum to my Wi-Fi and control it on my phone and connected tv via the Samsung Smart Things app was very appealing.

My issue is I have been unable to connect my vacuum to my Wi-Fi via the Smart Things app. It keeps relating the same permissions error connecting at 44%.

I have been in touch with Samsung via Facebook messenger and they have been really trying hard to help me with the issue which I appreciate. After 2 weeks I hope it can be resolved soon.

My only issues with the vacuum itself is going under the back of my lounge it hits hard instead of slowing down for some reason. It'll go under our futon and under other things but for some reason it always crashes hard into the metal under the reclining longue (located in the middle of our longue room/dining).

It has stopped a few times without an error code to say why. It displays a ! Inside a triangle. Maybe it had too much hair caught up in the blades.

Hair is meant to be shredded in the blades which is a feature of this machine. Maybe we just have too much hair lying around (human hair).

The bad points defiantly don't out weigh the good. I am happy with the vacuum and would defiantly recommend getting one.

It's like having a dishwasher except you don't have to load it and unload it. It's a job you no longer have to do.
