Spin to Win find it at The Good Guys ("Promotion") Terms and Conditions (“T&Cs”)
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
General
1. The promoter is The Good Guys Discount Warehouses (Australia) Pty Ltd, ABN 48 004 880 657, of 60 City Road Southbank, VIC 3006 (“The Promoter”).
2. By submitting an entry into this Competition “you” acknowledge and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Who can enter
3. Entry into the Competition is open to all residents of Australia aged 18 years and over who have fulfilled the requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Entrant”).
4. Maximum of one entry per Entrant.
5. Employees of the JB Hi-Fi Group and their immediate families and agencies associated with the Competition are not eligible to enter this Competition.
6. The Promoter reserves the right, at our sole discretion, to disqualify or decline to award any prize to any Entrant who submitted an entry that is not in accordance with these terms and conditions, who has engaged in fraudulent activity, or otherwise “gamed the system” to gain an unfair advantage. This includes, but is not limited to, multiple entries from the same individual beyond the allowed limit, entries from individuals who are aged under 18 years, or any other behaviour that undermines the integrity of the competition.
Prizes and entry into the Competition
7. Each Entrant who completes the entry form will be awarded a prize. The prize will be awarded at random and will be one of the following 90 Day StoreCash reward values:

$50 90 Day StoreCash
(each a “Prize”)
8. To enter the Competition and be eligible to win a Prize, Entrants must:
I. Have entered and been unsuccessful in a “Find it at The Good Guys” competition. On Thursday 24 July entrants will receive “The Good Guys Shopify Launch Spin to Win” Invitation to the email provided in their “Find it at The Good Guys” entry form. Participants must enter the competition, between 8am AEST Thursday 24 July 2025 and 9pm AEST Friday 25 July 2025 (“Competition Period”);
II. follow the prompts within the invitation email to access the entry form; and
III. during the Competition Period, sign up to the 90 Day StoreCash program and enter the Competition by completing the entry form (including inputting requested details such as first and last name, phone number and valid email address).
Claiming your Prize
9. By clicking “Enter Now” on the entry form and “spinning the wheel”, each Entrant will be awarded a Prize at random.
10. The Prize will be issued to your 90 Day StoreCash Digital Wallet within one hour of clicking “Enter Now,” and being awarded a Prize.
11. Access to and use of the Prize is subject to the acceptance of The Good Guys 90 Day StoreCash Terms and Conditions (https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/storecash/storecash-terms-and-conditions.)
12. To access and use the Prize, you must first activate the “90 Day StoreCash Digital Wallet” either online at The Good Guys website or by downloading it to your mobile phone, within which your Prize will be stored until its use or its expiry (whichever is first). After completing the entry form, you will receive an SMS with a link to activate the 90 Day StoreCash Digital Wallet. If you already have an active 90 Day StoreCash Digital Wallet, you do not need to activate the Digital Wallet again.
13. The Prize 90 Day StoreCash expires 90 days after issue, it must be used in one transaction and any unused balance cannot be credited or refunded. Refer to full Terms and Conditions at https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/storecash/storecash-terms-and-conditions.
Other Conditions
14. The Promoter reserves the right, at any time, to verify the validity of entries and entrants (including an entrant’s identity, age and place of residence).
15. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of the Competition is final. No correspondence will be entered into. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
Publicity and Privacy
16. The Promoter’s privacy policy (available on The Good Guys’ website at: https://www.thegoodguys.com.au/privacy-policy) and contains information about how the Promotor will handle your personal information, and other information required to be disclosed to you under the Privacy Act. You should read this policy before providing any personal information to The Promoter.
17. By entering this Competition, you consent to being contacted by The Good Guys for the purpose of Prize fulfilment.
18. Nothing contained in these Terms and Conditions shall be read or applied so as to exclude, restrict or modify or have the effect of excluding, restricting or modifying any condition, warranty, guarantee, right or remedy or other obligation implied by any law (including, without limitation, the Australian Consumer Law) which cannot by law be excluded, restricted or modified.
19. The Promoter reserves the right to amend, cancel or suspend this Competition if an event beyond the control of the Promoter corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Competition or if such a change is required to ensure the safety of the Promoter, its representatives and of entrants. Such changes may include the timing of the judging, and the timing of any Prize fulfilment. The Promoter will act reasonably and in good faith in making any such decision. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable to any entrant for loss resulting from such action. If for any reason any aspect of this Promotion is not capable of running as planned, including by reason of computer virus, communications network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failure or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion and invalidate any affected entries, or suspend or modify a prize, subject to State or Territory regulation.
20. Without limiting clause 6, the Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who the Promoter has reason to believe has breached any of these Terms and Conditions, or engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition. The Promoter’s legal rights to recover damages or other compensation are reserved and any winner found to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions or having engaged in any unlawful or other improper misconduct calculated to jeopardise the fair and proper conduct of the Competition may be required to return any Prize received.
21. Except to the extent caused by the Promoter’s negligence, or the Promoter’s breach of these Terms and Conditions, or as otherwise required by law, the Promoter will not be liable for any loss suffered by an entrant or potential entrant to the extent:
resulting from or connected with any inability of a person to submit an entry (on time or at all), or failure of the Promoter to provide an opportunity to enter or to receive an entry (on time or at all), or failure of a winner to receive a Prize, due to events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter including, without limitation, as a result of problems with, or technical malfunction of, any software, telephone or computer network, equipment or systems or mail or courier service;
that arises from events outside of the reasonable control of the Promoter but within the reasonable control of the entrant or potential entrant, including the Promoter’s inability to contact a winner using reasonable efforts for the purpose of Prize fulfilment; or
that arises as a result of any breach of these Terms and Conditions by an entrant or potential entrant.
