Picture quality is not too bad
It is the worst piece of electronic equipment I have ever encountered. It is extremely slow to respond and completely illogical in its processing. It gets randomly stuck on individual photos and can only be unstuck by switch it off and trying to start Slideshow again. Absolutely hopeless - will be returning it to the shop!

The picture quality is very clear
    Remote is easy to use
    1) The displayed photo's don't rotate to the correct direction (i.e. horozontal vs vertical) even if they are saved in this direction from the computer
    2) Video's captured via my mobile photo didn't play
    3) The stand is not very secure

It does exactly what we needed it to do. At the price point, it has great value and is generally pretty easy to operate.
Image quality is about what you'd expect from a product at this price point - limited viewing angles, colours aren't very accurate, and it's not very bright. The range of image and video file types is limited, so it's not very easy for non-tech-savvy customers to use. The remote control is the typical credit-card-sized unit with dinky buttons, and the labelling is quite small.
