I like the square shape rather than rounded. Like how it turns on when engine is turned on.
My old tomtom was much easier to see the route, and have used a brand new tomtom just recently and that brand is so much easier to read directions while driving.

Responsive UI
Mature approach to core features
OTA update via WiFi
Reliable and durable
Hopeless voice command accuracy
Thick bezel makes the device looks outdated
No mute/unmute button on full screen navi interface
Have to accept EULA every time power on
Really, there is little space for a standalone GPS Navigator these days

Speed camera alerts are very handy

Like the voice command but doesn't always get the right street

Like the directions in advance and use of landmarks when giving directions

Like the wifi for ease of updating
Only issue is the glossy screen can provide a glary reflection at times
