Occasionally products become faulty – but don’t worry because Concierge Gold Service Extras
includes product care, from day one for the life of your membership.
The main benefit of Gold Service Extras product care is that it gives you
certainty that you will be entitled to have your product repaired or replaced if it becomes
faulty after expiry of your rights under The Good Guys’ Minimum Voluntary Warranty, until the
end of your Gold Service Extras membership.
Even if you don’t purchase Gold Service Extras, if your product is faulty you
may be entitled to a free repair or replacement under the manufacturer’s warranty (depending on
the length and terms of the manufacturer’s warranty) and The Good Guys Minimum Voluntary
Warranty (during the periods indicated in the Understanding Your Rights brochure). You may also
have rights under the Australian Consumer Law to a free remedy even after expiry of the
manufacturer’s warranty and The Good Guys Minimum Voluntary Warranty, but the exact duration of
Australian Consumer Law rights is uncertain.
