- Compact design
- Straightforward to use
- The tray removal to fit bigger cups is quite clunky
- After using the milk steamer, need to purge the water system if you want to brew coffee, since apparently the machine is overheated (as per manual, this is supposed to be normal, as per design...)
- Milk steam wand poorly designed and not particularly fit for purpose (very coarse froth)
- Usage of silicon in heating elements that will be in contact with the drink (inside the coffee filter and in the steam wand). The first couple of dozens coffees had a pungent taste of rubber, even after following the instructions to prime the machine
- The silicon elements look very flimsy, not expecting them to last long
- Coffee extraction disappointing - tried all the recommended settings and different types of coffee ground, to make sure it wasn't a problem with that, but the coffee still lacks of "body" and it's pretty weak, compared with same coffee on other machines.

Great size, economical unit that makes good coffee.
We use it 4-6 cups/mugs a day, does short blacks, caps, lattes, long blacks.
Simple to use, fairly easy to clean.
Getting the tamping just right, but this depends on the coarseness/fineness of the coffee grinds.
But once you've worked it out, hello good coffee.
